DELIVERY

UK

All items are sent via Special Delivery to UK addresses. For jewellery the cost of P&P is £9 and £12 for items valued over £500. For larger scale works, the cost of P&P is £15. All items are insured, trackable and have a guaranteed delivery date. All Special Delivery items will require a signature upon arrival. Shipping costs may vary slightly depending on general fluctuations. The final delivery cost will be provided at the checkout.

International

For overseas delivery please contact Daphne for a direct price quote. Any orders sent outside of the UK may be subject to taxes and import duties when they reach their final destination. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Daphne, unfortunately, has no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount. Please get in touch with your local customs office for current charges.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Any damaged work must be notified of within 48 hours.

Items purchased from the collections can be exchanged or returned for a full refund. In order to receive a full refund or exchange the item needs to be returned within 7 days. The item must be unworn, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return of any item via Special Delivery, please note that this cost is not included in the refund of the piece.

Commissioned or altered pieces of work are made to your individual requirements and can therefore not be returned or exchanged.
